Terms of Use

Cowonder is a service provided by COWONDER d.o.o., based in Zagreb, Croatia. Contact: hello@cowonder.com.

By using the Cowonder site, submitting a membership or partnership application, or using the Concierge, you confirm that you have read these Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy and that you agree to them.

• Public informational content about the community and its principles.
• The Early Access application for membership and a separate application for partner roles.
• An AI assistant (Concierge) that answers questions about the community from a curated knowledge base.

Submitting an application creates neither a right to membership nor any payment obligation. A person from the team reviews every application; a short online interview normally follows, which the team may skip for people it has already met. After approval an email invitation follows, and approved members get free platform access until the planned billing start on 1 January 2027. An application is never billed automatically: the package, price and terms are presented before you accept any paid obligation.

• The data you submit in an application must be truthful and your own.
• You must not attempt to bypass verification (e.g. fake phone numbers, third-party CVs, purchased references).
• The Concierge is for informational use. It must not be used for spam, scraping the knowledge base, or attacks (including prompt injection intended to compromise security).
• You must not overload the system with automated requests outside normal site usage.

Cowonder uses AI in two places: (1) optional analysis of your CV to pre-fill the application and (2) the Concierge assistant. Details about the models, providers, and your rights are in the Privacy Policy. Key point: AI is an assistive tool — it does not replace your review or the human decision on your application.

Concierge answers may contain errors or be incomplete. They must not be treated as legal, financial, medical, or investment advice.

All Cowonder content (copy, design, brand, Concierge knowledge base) is owned by COWONDER d.o.o. or used under licence. Data you enter in the application remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it strictly for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Cowonder is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or from decisions made based on Concierge content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under EU or Croatian law.

We may suspend or refuse access for users who breach these Terms, with notice where feasible. You may withdraw your application at any time or request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes are resolved amicably; failing that, the courts of Zagreb have jurisdiction. The consumer-disputes provision is still under legal review.

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by email or a prominent in-app notice. The date and version at the top of this document always reflect the current version.
