Membership Terms

Depending on your chosen tier, you receive access to the digital platform (profile, recognising strengths and needs, offers and requests, connecting with relevant members) and the option to use partner network services. Partner services are not automatically included in membership; their availability and terms are agreed with the partner.

Membership is by application. Every application is reviewed manually; we reserve the discretion to accept or decline without explanation. The decision is communicated by email within a reasonable timeframe.

• Membership is billed in advance (monthly or annually, depending on tier).
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 14 days before renewal.
• Prices are in EUR, including VAT where applicable.
• Unused monthly allowances (hours, days) do not roll over into the next month.

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not refund unused periods except where required by law.

Club access is personal and non-transferable. Reservations are made in advance via the platform. Cowonder reserves the right to restrict access in cases of house-rule violations, inappropriate behavior, or outstanding payments.

Cowonder may suspend or terminate membership without refund in cases of (a) serious or repeated breaches of the Community Guidelines, (b) misrepresentation, (c) abuse of the platform or space, (d) non-payment.

These terms may be updated. Members will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the membership after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
