Personal data request
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, transfer or delete the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how to exercise those rights.

Who is the data controller
COWONDER d.o.o. is the controller of personal data processed through this website and the COWONDER platform. Contact details for the controller are listed in our Company Information page.
Your rights
- Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Right to erasure — ask us to delete your personal data, where legally permitted.
- Right to restrict or object to processing of your personal data.
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
How to submit a request
Send your request by email from the address linked to your account. Please describe which right you wish to exercise and include any details that help us identify the relevant data. We may ask for additional verification to confirm your identity.
Response time
We respond to verified requests within 30 days. In complex cases this period may be extended by up to two further months, in which case we will inform you of the reason for the delay.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence within the EU.
